• The service crew and Chef charges apply from the time when set up starts – estimated time 4 hours.

Attendance

The guaranteed number of attendees at the Event must be communicated to us not less than seven (7) working days prior to the Event.

In the event that the actual number of guests is below the agreed attendance the guaranteed number will be charged at the agreed price. (Regardless of the number of people who attend the event.)

Additional guests will be charged per person at the agreed price.

Payment Schedule

Upon signing of this agreement, 50% of the Event charge is required to reserve the space.

The venue space or catering will be reserved only upon receipt of payment & signed contract. Kazbar may re-book the venue without notice if payment is not received with seven days of the signing of this agreement.

The balance payment and all incidental and/or any additional charges incurred during the event is to be settled immediately at the conclusion of the event.

Cancellation of Event

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be applicable to the client:

• Minimum 2 weeks’ notice: 80% of confirmed charges
• 1 to 2 weeks’ notice: 50% of confirmed charges
• Less than 1 weeks’ notice: no refund
