Château Ksara is Lebanon’s oldest winery, dating back to 1857. They were founded by Jesuit priests who ran the winery until 1973, at which stage it was making 1.5 million bottles.

The backbone of the Château Ksara range, a ready-to-drink, medium to full-bodied wine, which owes its inspiration to the wines of the Northern Rhone and Bordeaux with layered flavours and aromas of fruit and spice remembrance of Old World wines with body and freshness.
Chateau Ksara Le Souverain 2014, Lebanon - $138
Made with grapes that are selectively handpicked, Le Souverain is Château Ksara’s signature wine and the finest expression of its winemaking skills.
A unique blend to celebrate the winery’s 160th birthday, it is unfiltered, full-bodied, rich and complex, layered with black fruit and spice.

White Wine
Chateau Ksara Blanc De Blancs, Lebanon - $68
This wine seduces with its finesse, elegance and floral aroma. On the palate is light, refined and delicate Ideal as an aperitif, with grilled chicken, mezzeh or shellfish.
Chateau Ksara Chardonnay, Lebanon - $78
A classic Chardonnay, grown at altitude, fermented and aged in new oak. Full-bodied, complex, fresh and creamy with citrus, stone fruit and savoury notes. Perfect to enjoy on it’s own and with seafood.
Rose Wine
Chateau Ksara Sunset, Lebanon - $68
A national icon, Sunset created rosé culture in Lebanon. Fresh and fruity with depth of colour and a rich spectrum of flavours, aromas of red berries and spices with an initial roundness in the mouth. Ideal accompaniment to our fresh salads and Cold Mezzeh’s.
